Dairy Creations Class October 25th 10am to 12pm

Come join us for a morning of dairy product creativity. Rachel, Deb and Karen Geiser will be doing basic demonstrations for making hard and soft cheeses, yogurt, butter and more using both cow and goat's milk. Whether you have a family cow, milking goats or are just curious, this will be a great time of learning and of course, tasting the final results.

The class will include: Butter Making, Yogurt Making, Soft Goat Cheese, Cow's Milk Soft Cheese, 30 Minute Mozzarella, Cheese Quiz
Samples of cheeses', recipes, and resources included with class. There will also be a light lunch menu available.
